Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All shipments are insured for the total cost of the order. North American customers can choose from our Expedited Parcel or our Xpress Parcel service. Canada Post provides reliable delivery service with very minimal broker fees to our US customers. Delivery times to major US cities is approximately 11 to 16 business days for Expedited Parcel and 4 to 7 business days for Xpress Parcel, please note these times are an estimate only not a guarantee as we cannot control passage through US Customs. Tighter US border controls do have an affect on delivery times.

Western Europe customers can choose from Xpresspost - Europe providing delivery in 5 to 9 business days to Western Europe and is traceable and insured for the value of the item. As an alternative, Western Europe customers can choose the Xpress Parcel service, although this is intended to be used solely for North American shipments, for the shipping charge shown we will ship your items using small packet surface - PLEASE NOTE - this method of shipment is not insurable or traceable and we cannot be responsible should items become lost in transit. Small packet surface can take several weeks to arrive.

All items are shipped in discreet packaging.

Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST or 13% HST as appropriate on their product purchases.

All shipments are FOB Calgary, Alberta.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for the costs of any duties, tariffs or local taxes assessed to the order.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Your total satisfaction is our goal. We carefully inspect all items before shipment but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received, or if the items have a defect from the manufacturer you may return them for exchange or refund for a period of 10 days from having received the item subject to the following terms:

- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. To request a form simply e-mail us at sales@sexyshoes.ca , complete the form and include it with the returned goods. Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused.
- Returns are accepted provided the item has no sign of wear. The item cannot have an odor or be otherwise returned in an unsaleable condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- We do not refund the shipping charges of your original order. We refund only the cost of your item.
- Clearance and sale items are sold on a final sale basis and are non-returnable.
- If you are exchanging an item you are responsible for the return shipping charges and also the new shipping charges to send you a replacement item.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our webstore, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee on the price of the item plus shipping charges incurred.

Please use an insurable and traceable method with USPS or Canada Post to return items to us. Do NOT use a courier service to return items to us, we do not accept returns by courier.

NOTE: Items being returned from the USA must have the following note on the outside of the package: "RETURNING CANADIAN GOODS"
Failure to do so makes you responsible for any import duties we are charged. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 30-days for refunds to be processed after we have received the item.
